Went to karate for the first time in 4 months; had a blast! Then out for coffee with the gang at Danilo's. Love their coffee!

Learned a new hip hop routine; very good thing as I forgot last week's!

Heritage IDA pharmacy has the nicest and most helpful staff!

Gymnastics was fun. Fell off the beam and am expecting a brilliant bruise on my backside.

Great hip hop class. I'm still uncoordinated and I think my brain is fried! :-)
